This page has been created to provide information and resources for the fast-growing local food movement.

The greater Chicago area is focusing on expanding the supply of locally grown food and meat through traditional farms, land being converted for farm purposes, and vacant lot gardens in more urban areas.  The Fox River watershed includes much of the land where these efforts are taking place.  We welcome your input on resources we can post on this page.
